Abstract
拇指信息是一种文化新形式，它是以一种新的语言文体进行的图文交流方式，也是一场 借助拇指操作的人际传播运动。当我们在纷繁地使用手机图文信息进行交流时，拇指信息时代所 凸现出的失德现象日益复杂化。关注一般性称谓的手机短信问题，从伦理的角度进行分析研究， 从道德约束和自律的层面对短信息的传输过程进行规范,完善手机短信息服务个人交际和社会信息 交流的宗旨,培育拇指信息时代的伦理规范是完全必要的。 [The thumb information is one new cultural forms, and it is a new language for pictorial and cultural exchange. Besides, it is one interpersonal communication campaign by the means of thumb operation. When we use pictorial and cultural information on mobile phones for communication, unethical phenomena in the age of thumb information have been increasingly complicated .It is necessary for focusing on general description of mobile phones short information, which is from an ethical perspective analysis and the level of self-discipline and moral restraint on transmission process of short information so as to standardize it. And it is absolutely necessary for improving short message service of purposes of personal communication and social information exchange, nurturing ethical norms in the age of thumb information. ]
