Abstract
近年来，西方公共行政研究的重要方法之一，就是伦理方法。它以其特有的性质和功能得 到研究人员的普遍重视和应用。但是，在我国公共行政研究中伦理方法的应用还不多见。因 此，有必要深入探讨伦理方法的内容和属性。这对于正确而广泛应用伦理方法，构建公共行政 学的新理论，推进服务型政府建设具有重要意义。本文拟对伦理方法的内容及其应用略作探 讨。
