Abstract
"En la última década, asistimos a un particular proceso de cambios estructurales tanto aquí en la Argentina como en el mundo por el cual puede aseverarse que un nuevo paradigma está constituyéndose. ¿Cuáles son los principales acontecimientos y las características del mismo? Y en todo caso, ¿cómo afecta a las teorías y a los enfoques principales de las Ciencias Sociales? Para justificar estas hipótesis y responder a estos interrogantes, se indican los cambios más relevantes acaecidos en la última década en tres niveles analíticos indisociables: el nivel nacional, el regional y el global. Por su parte, a nivel nacional, se exploran las dimensiones de transformación más significativas del modelo de desarrollo, producidas tanto en lo socioeconómico, lo político como en lo ético-cultural. A fin de organizar la argumentación, se presenta cada dimensión de análisis a partir de tres puntos explicativos: en primer lugar, las características del paradigma anterior (el neoliberal); el surgimiento de las anomalías; y, la constitución del nuevo paradigma. En segundo lugar, las teorías científicas puestas en controversia en este proceso. Y, por último, en tercer lugar, los principales problemas y desafíos que debe encarar el nuevo paradigma para resultar sustentable" ["In the last decade, we have witnessed a particular process of structural change here in Argentina and in the world that it can be stated that a new paradigm is being developed. Which are the main events and its characteristics? And in any case, how does it affect theories and the main approaches of the social sciences? To justify this hypothesis and to answer these questions, the most significant changes occurred in the last decade are listed in three inseparable analytical levels: the national, the regional and the global. Meanwhile, nationwide, we explore the dimensions of the most significant transformation of the development model produced both socialeconomically, politically and in the ethical-cultural domain. In order to organize and facilitate the argumentation, we present each dimension of analysis from three explanatory points: first, the characteristics of the previous paradigm (the neoliberal), the emergence of the anomalies and the constitution of the new one. Second, the scientific theories put into controversy in this process, and, third, the main problems and challenges that the new paradigm faces in order to be sustainable"]
