Abstract
女性伦理学是西方近20年来出现的一门新兴学科，尤以关怀伦理为代表。其以女性研究的视角和批判的精神，倡导女性为代表的“关怀伦理”以挑战男性为代表的“正义伦理”。这门学科的理论和实践取得了引人注目的成果，并推进着当代伦理学、哲学、乃至整个人文社会科学的发展。 但是，基于西方的学术与社会背景，女性伦理学居于三级学科地位，登不上西方哲学的殿堂。并且，受哲学的制约，在其享用西方后现代理论的同时，也承负着哲学困境带来的理论难题。同时，由于这门学科的女性主义的诉求，在实践中容易陷入性别之争而平添实行的难度。 中国哲学和文化背景与西方的关怀伦理有许多契合之处。女性伦理学对于中国的女性研究和妇女运动实践具有很好的启示意义，同时，中国文化或许也能为西方女性伦理学的发展提供更为合理的理论与实践的基础。 以女性伦理学为抓手，通过对不同哲学形态的比较，一方面有助于理清我们面临的哲学与实践方面的问题，一方面也为当今世界哲学观念的转变、哲学方向的发展提供有启发意义的思考。 Feminist ethics which puts stress on the issue of care is now a challenge to the west mainstream ethics which focuses on justice, and it impacts greatly on philosophy and the whole humanities as well. But feminist ethics, using the weapon of post-modernism, faces its own difficulties theoretically and practically. Observing feminism from a perspective of comparison between the Chinese philosophy and the western philosophy, we found that, on the one hand, the Chinese culture might provide a more reasonable basis for resolving the difficulties faced by feminist ethics. And, on the other hand, (that) it even provides some suggestive thinking on the transformation of the notion of philosophy as such, hence to push philosophy ahead.
