Abstract
Abstract in Chinese: 本文认为，经济伦理学的深入发展必须解决一些涉及学科性质的有待认识的重大理论问题。这些重大的理论问题包括：（1）关于经济伦理学的成因及其学科可能性与必要性的问题；（2）关于经济伦理的内涵和经济伦理学的体系结构问题；（3）关于经济伦理学的发展前景问题。科学地分析和论述这些问题，将有助于经济伦理学的繁荣和完善，亦将有助于社会的经济伦理建设。Abstract in English: In order to further the development of economic ethics, we must solve some major theoretical issues concerning the discipline na-ture of economic ethics, which include: the origin of economic ethics and the possibility and necessity of this discipline; the connotation and system of economic ethics; the development prospect of economic eth-ics. Deep Analysis and discussion of these issues will contribute to the prosperity and perfection of economic ethics, and also to the construc-tion of social economic ethics. [pp. 211-212]
