Abstract
"La reciente Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid, en relación a los artículos 55.1 y 55.2 del Código de Deontología Médica, denegando las medidas cautelares solicitadas por el Colegio Oficial de Médicos de Toledo ha vuelto a abrir el debate sobre la objeción de conciencia sanitaria.
