Abstract
同性恋在今日中国不再被视为精神变态，但同性恋者间的婚姻仍然不被法律允许。此文 用个案分析方法研究了一对女同性恋情侣和一对男同性恋情侣，这四个人在公众面前交叉组成两 对异性恋婚姻，但在事实上却与自己的同性恋情侣生活在一起。这一个案反映出亚文化边缘群体 在中国社会与观念转型时期的特殊处境。本文应用后现代主义中的酷儿理论及福柯的理论，特别 是福柯的权力理论，分析亚文化边缘群体如何创造他们自己的生活方式。此文提出亚文化群体生 活方式“仿制性”的概念以扩充福柯的相关论述。 [In mainland China today, homosexuality is no longer regarded as psychopathic, yet homosexual marriages have not been permitted constitutionally. Applying the method of case study, this paper attempts to explore the complex of the unique domestic arrangement, lifestyles, as well as cross-marriage interactions, of a gay couple and a lesbian couple. These four individuals have managed to have formed two nominal heterosexual marriages. But practically, each homosexual couple has been remaining living together, respectively. This study represents the odd situation of Chinese sub-cultural marginalized groups in a specific context during the ongoing social and ideological transition in mainland China today. Some post-modern theories, namely, Queer Theory and Foucault’s Power Theory, have been applied in this paper, to analyze how the sub-cultural groups create their own lifestyles. This paper supplements Foucault thinkings by providing ‘Imitating’ concept about the lifestyle of sub-cultural marginalized groups.]
