Abstract
The aim of this paper is to develop an adequate narrative model to explain the effective role of the moral community in the constitution of personal identity following MacIntyre. I will develop this model by correcting the ambiguities found in its original formulation by MacIntyre. Keywords: MacIntyre, personal identity, narrative, community Resumo O objetivo do presente artigo é a apresentação do modelo narrativo adequado para a justificação do papel efetivo da comunidade moral na constituição da identidade pessoal em MacIntyre, através da correção das ambigüidades presentes em sua formulação original.
