Abstract
"Dividido em três partes, este trabalho discute a humanização sob o prisma do olhar do enfermeiro, discutindo questões relativas às estratégias de marketing. Ao discorrer sobre a humanização, aborda questões como a defesa da vida humana e o desenvolvimento integral dos seres humanos, sejam saudáveis ou doentes. Propõe que humanizar é assegurar as condições do exercício dos profissionais e as premissas para a ação dos cuidadores, criando um espaço físico esteticamente agradável, confortável, funcional e seguro, mas, sobretudo, desenvolvendo na equipe de profissionais uma cultura de humanização, a partir de processos de trabalho nos quais o cuidado com o outro seja prioridade" ["This study is divided in three different parts, discussing the humanization under the nursery point of view, discuses including questions about marketing strategies. Some issues like the human life defense and the integral human development, being healthy or sick, are taken along the humanization discussion. Suggests that to humanize is to ensure conditions for the professionals to work, is also to ensure conditions for the ones who take care, creating an space that is esthetically pleasant, comfortable, functional and safe, but, above all this things, developing inside the staff a whole humanization culture, starting from those processes where taking care of the other is a priority"]
