Abstract
"La Deontología de las profesiones sanitarias posee un notable interés y una constante actualidad. Ello se debe al hecho de que estos profesionales —médicos, farmacéuticos y enfermeros—, tienen confi ado el cuidado de dos aspectos de máxima importancia para el ser humano, la salud y la vida. En este artículo se realiza una refl exión sobre si, en el caso concreto de la Deontología farmacéutica, la importancia de la materia se ha visto históricamente correspondida con un adecuado reconocimiento a nivel académico y formativo. En defi nitiva, se trata de ponderar hasta qué punto los planes de estudio universitarios y las corporaciones profesionales han integrado adecuadamente estos contenidos en sus propuestas formativas" ["The deontology of the health care profession holds considerable interest and perpetual relevance. This is due to the fact that its professionals —doctors, pharmacists, nurses et al.— are entrusted with looking after two aspects of utmost importance for the human being: health and life. This article refl ects upon whether, in the specifi c case of pharmaceutical deontology, the importance of the subject has been historically treated with adequate acknowledgement on the training and academic levels. All in all, it considers up to what point university curricula and professional corporations have adequately integrated these contents into their training offers"]
