"Esta edição da Revista reúne os trabalhos apresentados durante um conjunto de eventos que ocorreram na Faculdade de Direito da UFJF, em fevereiro de 2013, organizados pelo Projeto “Direitos Humanos e Empresas”. Estas atividades compreenderam um Seminário homônimo, um curso ministrado pelo Professor Sheldon Leader, da Universidade de Essex e coordenador do Projeto Business and Human Rights, da mesma Instituição, além de um workshop, para divulgação de estudos de casos de violações de Direitos Humanos por empresas transnacionais, que desta vez realizou-se em um dos auditórios da OAB do Rio de Janeiro" ["This edition of the journal brings together the papers presented at a number of events that took place at the Law Faculty of UFJF in February 2013, organized by the "Human Rights and Business" Project. these activities They comprised an eponymous seminar, a course taught by Professor Sheldon Leader, University of Essex and the Business Project coordinator and Human Rights, the same institution, as well as a workshop for disclosure case studies of human rights violations by transnational companies, which this time was held in one of the auditoriums of the Bar Association of Rio de Janeiro"]
