Abstract
"El artículo ofrece una panorámica de la reestratificación social ocurrida en Cuba a raíz del proceso de crisis y reforma (1991-actualidad). Indica como la reforma económica de los 90 matizó la centralidad absoluta de lo estatal en diversas direcciones así como los rasgos más evidentes de la reestratificación social. Por otra parte se hace alusión al desarrollo de la política social en Cuba y las características de su implementación, logros y retos que enfrenta" ["The article provides an overview of the social re-stratification occurred in Cuba in the wake of crisis and reform process (1991-present) . It indicates how the economic reform of the 90 qualified the absolute centrality of the state in different directions as well as the more obvious features of social restratification. Moreover it references to the development of social policy in Cuba and the characteristics of its implementation, achievements and challenges facing done"]
