"El documento de Aparecida significa un momento kairótico de la teología india en la Iglesia. En ella los indígenas se posicionan como un importante punto de referencia, entre las reservas de algunos grupos, cierto, pero con una prospectiva mayoritariamente prometedora para Iglesia y la sociedad latinoamericanas." "The document of Aparecida represents a kayros for the Teología India (Amerindian theology) in the Church. In the document the indigenous peoples of the Americas are recognized as an important reference point. Even though some groups have expressed some reservations about Teología India, the general impression given by the Aparecida Document is of a positive prospective and of a promising contribution to the Church and the Latin American society."
