Abstract
Allstate’s Code of Ethics summarizes core values and principles that guide our business conduct. The Code establishes standards for behavior, provides questions and answers for situations that you might encounter on the job, and lists resources where you can go for help or further information. Every effort has been made to include important topics in this Code. However, the Code cannot address every possible workplace situation or list all of Allstate’s Corporate Policies and Procedures.
