"La Guía busca brindar información clara y sencilla sobre la importancia y rol que les cabe a las empresas (firmantes o no del Pacto Global) de respetar los derechos humanos, poner en prácticas mecanismos de evaluación ante la posible vulneración de los derechos humanos y sistemas de remediación, para aquellos casos en donde la violación o vulneración haya ocurrido" ["The Guide aims to provide clear and simple information about the importance and role that fits them to companies (or signatories of the Global Compact) to respect human rights, put into practice evaluation mechanisms for the possible violation of human rights and systems remediation for cases where the violation or violations occurred"]
