Abstract
Dan Nan, a Chinese Christian artist, is deeply influenced by the inspiration of modern Western art. He is, however, not rigidly bound up with Western artistic concept, style, or technique. With a Chinese perspective, he pays special attention to individual experience and inner existence, and strives to comprehend the essence of traditional Chinese painting, while integrating the aesthetic view of his own nation and the five-element color system. As a contemporary Christian artist, he presents the biblical narrative of God’s creation 中國基督徒藝術家丹楠深受西方現代繪畫藝術的啟發和影 響,但又不拘泥於其理念、樣式、手法的生搬硬套。他以中 國人的思想觀念,深入關注個人內在的真實和主體的生存體 驗,努力領悟中國傳統繪畫的精髓,並融合中華民族的美學 觀念和五行色彩觀。而作為當代中國的基督徒藝術家,他對 聖經中神的創造作出了極為生動的詮釋。本文旨在從跨文化 神學的視角出發,探討這位年輕的中國基督徒藝術家在藝術 風格上的轉變,並其對基督教信仰和藝術的理解與詮釋,藉 以窺探中國當代基督教藝術的發展,從而揭示出視覺藝術作 為宣教方式的重要性和獨特性。
