Abstract
本文通过三类案例研究表明，中国目前的环境不公正主要与社会转型期社会分层的变迁有关，即主要表现为强势的经济阶层对于正在上升的弱势阶层的社会排斥，强势的经济社群城市和企业主把环境污染的社会代价转嫁给处于底层的农村社区的农民。 The articles illustrates through three case studies that the environmental injustice in China is related with the transformation of social structure. Enterprises tend to transfer pollution to the farmers.
