По мнению автора, залог успеха компании состоит в грамотном использовании лидером мудрости и экспертного мнения тех, кто его окружает и чей стиль управления дополняет его собственный. According to the author of the article a key to success of the company is the advice of company leader's colleagues and experts put to good use by the leader. Management style of leader's subordinates must also coincide with the management style of his own.
