Abstract
今天的中国正处于一个前所未有的时期,经济体制的变换交替,伴随着观念的深刻变革;中国人传统的性观念受到猛烈的冲击,性的价值观、道德观随之发生巨变,并产生了与之相应的性行为。大学生作为"时代的晴雨表",这种性观念与性行为的变化在他们身上反映得尤为显著。因此有必要倡导基本的性伦理规约来规范和引导当代大学生的性行为,促进他们身心的健康发展。
