Abstract
 二十世纪的最后十年中,「普遍的」价值观与不干涉内政原则的冲突构成了国际政治的主 要特色。所谓「普遍的」价值是指人权、环境、民主政治、市场经济等,主要欧美发达国家主 张的种种适用于世界任何国家体制、文化、宗教的价值。与此相反,依据不干涉内政原则,是 否接受这种种价值观应由各国自行判断,别国不得干涉。这一原则是欧美各国所创立的现代国 际法,国际关系的基本原则。并且,随著曾历受欧美列强干涉的亚非国家在数量上成为国际社 会中的多数,这一原则的意义进一步加强。

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
