Abstract
"La política, como arte de lo posible, entra en la conciencia actual a partir del momento en el cual el hombre empieza a modelar la sociedad según proyectos de una sociedad por hacer. Si bien ya antes se percibe el problema de lo posible en relación a la política, este se presenta como problema central en cuanto se empieza a modelar la sociedad según criterios derivados de algunas leyes sociales, cuya consideración permite proyectar una sociedad futura y pensarla en función de un ordenamiento adecuado y humano de tales relaciones sociales" ["Politics, as art of the possible, enter into the current awareness From the moment in which he begins to model the society as a society projects done.
